At GottaIce, we believe that every piece of jewelry is a self-expression. That's why we are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to create your own custom piece, a piece of jewelry that is as unique as you are. Here's how our custom jewelry ordering process works:
1. **Initial Consultation and Quote**: When you reach out to us for a custom piece, we will discuss your ideas, design preferences, and material choices. We work with high-quality materials, including sterling silver with moissanite, sterling silver with zircon, and copper with zircon. We will then provide you with a quote for your custom piece. This quote will include the cost of materials, manufacturing time, and shipping cost.
2. **Deposit Payment**: If you decide to place an order, we will ask for a 60% deposit of the total cost. This deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover the manufacturing cost of your piece.
3. **Design and Approval**: Once the deposit has been paid, we will pass your details to our dedicated craftsman who will start designing your piece. They will send you a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for approval. You will have the opportunity to request changes at this stage. If you wish to make changes after the stones have been set, additional charges may apply.
4. **Manufacturing**: After your approval of the CAD drawing, our skilled craftsman will start manufacturing your piece. This process will take between 20 and 30 days. The stones are carefully hand-set, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.
5. **Final Approval and Balance Payment**: Once the piece is manufactured, we will send you photos of the final product for approval. If you are satisfied with the piece, you will then need to pay the remaining 40% balance of the total cost.
6. **Shipping**: Once the balance has been paid, your piece will be shipped. We use DHL or FedEx for fast and free delivery. You will receive your piece approximately 1 to 1.5 months after placing your order.
7. **Returns**: Given the custom nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to providing you with a piece of the highest quality that meets your expectations.
