Step 1: Share Your Idea

Whether you have a detailed drawing or just a general idea, we are here to help bring it to life. Share your vision with us, and we will work with our dedicated artisan to ensure we leave no stone unturned.

Step 2: Material Selection

We use only the highest quality materials for our custom jewelry. Whether you prefer sterling silver with moissanites or copper with zircons, we've got you covered. Each material has its own unique advantages, and we are here to help you make the best choice for your piece.

Step 3: 3D Modeling

Once we have a clear idea of what you want and have chosen the materials, we create a 3D model of your piece. This is your chance to see your idea come to life and give us your approval before moving on to production.

Step 4: Production

Once you've approved the 3D model, we move on to production. Depending on the complexity of your piece, this can take between 20 and 30 days. We will keep you informed at every step of the process.

Step 5: Quality Inspection

Before sending your piece to you, we conduct a quality inspection to ensure it's perfect. We leave no stone unturned and make sure your piece is exactly as you want it.

Step 6: Payment

We accept split payments for custom jewelry. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, and the balance is due before shipping. Please note that custom jewelry is not eligible for refund or exchange due to its unique nature.

Step 7: Delivery

Once your piece is finished and the final payment received, we send it to you for free via DHL or FedEx for fast and secure delivery.
